Terms of Service for HairFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HairFlow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HairFlow is an AI-powered hairstyle visualization application that allows users to:

Upload photos to visualize different hairstyles
Browse and explore various hairstyle options
Save favorite generated looks
Receive personalized style recommendations

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

HairFlow offers a limited free tier with a restricted number of generations per month.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through monthly or annual subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable subscription fees
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account

Credit Packs

Additional generation credits may be purchased as one-time in-app purchases. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies.

5. User Content

Your Photos

By uploading photos to HairFlow, you:

Confirm you have the right to use and share these photos
Grant us a limited license to process your photos for hairstyle generation
Understand that photos are processed by AI technology

Generated Content

AI-generated hairstyle visualizations are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may save and share your generated images but may not use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Upload photos of others without their consent
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Use automated systems to access the App
Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
Share your account with others
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

7. AI Technology Disclaimer

Important: HairFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate hairstyle visualizations. Please note:

Generated images are approximations and may not reflect actual results
AI technology has limitations and results may vary
Always consult a professional hairstylist before making changes to your hair
We do not guarantee that any hairstyle can be achieved in real life

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by HairFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of HairFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAIRFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HairFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
